Cindy Sheehan, the soldier's mother who galvanized the anti-war movement, said Sunday that she plans to seek House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's congressional seat unless she introduces articles of impeachment against President Bush in the next two weeks.

What the heck more do Bush and Cheney have to do in order for the Democrats to find at least one testicle between them and introduce articles of impeachment? Do Dick and Dubya have to knock off a bank in broad daylight and get into a gun battle with the police or something? Do they have to rape a nun on live television? Grill up a puppy and serve it at a White House dinner? What?

Well, maybe the threat of losing her congressional seat will spur Pelosi to do something. I'm not counting on it, though.

Dems and the GOP have multiple, mutual lovers. And skeletons will fly out of closets if the Dems try anything serious, which goes against their strong belief in the power of positive thinking and blankly staring.
