I could never be in the military. I hate having to do as I'm told. I'd be dishonorably discharged in no time.
Anyway, I guess that kinda negates that Guevara person's argument then, as the soldier saluting may be thinking just like the guy asking the question in the OP.
However, I think the soldier and the Iraqi with the Iraqi anthem are appropiate and a good thing. American soldiers with the American anthem would not be. They'd be more honest, I admit, but they'd be wrong and a bad thing.
