this guy should be shotRubin says he's carried puggles for the last seven years but adds he's seen interest in the breed take off within the last couple of years — and he's sold 250 in the last year.

250 puppies in a year! There is a female dog(s) out there, in this man's possession, which is being horribly abused.

Wow. Those are my top two cutest breeds of dog, and I can't imagine why somebody would want to combine them.

I can't tell if he's a breeder or just a shop owner. The website is down, but according to the cached pages on Google they sell just about any breed you can imagine, so those 250 puppies a year might come from a variety of sources.

It's still shady, mind you. People who sell fad pets like crazy are unlikely to be conscientious about provenance or destination.
