Default Isn't it kind of late?

Bush orders staff to attend ethics refresher course. That seems to imply that they had ethics in the first place, which seems to be debatable.

The corporation I work for is hammering on business ethics big time, holding a "training luncheon" once a month. Funny, seems to me it was the management that did the unethical Enron-like shit, not hourly grunts like me.
