Default Preteen Sisters Kidnap 1-year-old Neighbor

No, I am not making this stuff up. This AP story was on the local talk radio show yesterday. Two preteen sisters decide to make some money by kidnapping their Oklahoma neighbor's baby! Should they get jail, spankings, or both?

Yes, it is the same story. I did not read that thread and did not connect that this story took place in Oklahoma and may have been mentioned there.

That's okay by me, I almost posted it outside of that thread because I thought it might be worthy of discussion, something that doesn't really happen much with my Only in Oklahoma postings.
