Sen. Betzold: Pawlenty diverted veterans funding to faith-based office « Minnesota Independent: News. Politics. Media.

So paying extra for that "Support our Troops" license plate program goes to Jesus. Maybe it would be better to pay for Jesus to go to a 12 step program on how to budget your money instead?
