Default Obama: Banks Forced to Close Accounts on Moral Grounds

Is it legal to deprive an individual of their rights without due process of law if it is for the right reasons?

It's a similar technique to what they've used against medical pot.
By driving an industry towards cash it not only increases expenses but crime possibilities as well. Which they can then use to prove an industry is a danger and needs to be further regulated.

This is certainly conservative morals enforcement, there have been reports that sex-educators are getting caught in the target as well, as condoms are on the high-risk items list and buying too many will get you canceled because condoms are suspicious.

I also don't buy this blame the other party line the DOJ & Banks have going on, both have history in moral enforcement, neither is too sad about this.

Not happy about this.

Besides, fucking with the Poverty Industry means undermining one of the more lasting and prominent features of the Reagan legacy, and that just won't do.

What many in government fail to understand is that 'You can't legislate morality', and efforts to do so, often fail, and sometimes spectacularly so.
