Vote for Jesus? :yikes: Are you serious? I'd rather vote for Osama Bin Laden as our president.

And no, I'm not kidding.

Edited to say: :relieved: Good, it was a joke. Sorry for the knee-jerk reaction.

He he... Now that was some funny shit. I especially like the gradual zoom on Jesus' face with the final negative. Perfection. :10:

I think we have enough megalomaniacs in the Whitehouse.

If Jesus were running for president, that would seem to indicate that he would give a shit about the USA, and consider it more important than other countries.

Soft on crime? Who would have thought, with hell so brimming full of people for eternity.

That's the stuff of "Yahweh", "Paul", and subsequent editors, Scott.

My Jeffersonian (Thomas, not George) view is that there is some biblical text that points to a very human being with some very human notions regarding how to live a good life.

None of them involve supernatural realms after this singular life and none are unique to this one worldview.

As for the graphic... :appl:...if only to use such familiar symbology in order to get the fundamentalists thinking.

I really like this one.

It has a little Alfred E. Neumann at the top of it; does anyone know whether it actually originally came from MAD Magazine, and if so, which issue?

I would like to see Jesus go all psycho on all the moneylenders and hypocrites in our temple of government though. Throw the bums out. Go Jesus!
