I put on fresh undies every day... most of the time. Once in a blue moon they'll get worn for a second day.

That OP had me worried, but when I read the linked article I was reassured. It was just the English being English again. Americans know enough to put on clean underwear every day. Just in case they get hit by a truck or something. Their mothers taught them that. What the English need are American mothers. They would clean up their act pronto.

I sometimes wear boxers an extra time, if I'm out of clean underwear.

But it is not a regular practice, I only do it with boxers (not briefs) and I wouldn't wear the same pair more than twice.
