The TikTok algorithm is weird. I mean yes, I do click "like" on a LOT of cute animal videos. But I don't usually follow an account just for posting cute animals. I do however follow a lot of human accounts because they are funny, informative, whatever. Nevertheless my feed is almost exclusively cute animals these days, and it almost never shows me videos from actual human content creators who post frequently and who I have followed for a long time. (*cough* kallmekris *cough*)
