Chipper may be put up for adoption in the next couple of weeks, according to the report.
I know some people who'd adopt Kitty in a second. Animal rescue types.

Dad worked with a man who let his kids take in a stray. It was a cheap way to get a family pet. Smart, eh? Then it got into a real bad cat fight and the kids cried, so he took it to the vet. Cost him an arm and a leg to sew up the feline. Must be a moral to the story somewhere.

How many lives does Kitty have left now?

My neighbor's dog took a ride through the silage chopper not long after it lost it's hearing. It had followed them around the fields for years without a problem, but got distracted by something on the ground an didn't realize the machine was coming up behind it.

It didn't fair as well as the kitty.
