Let me try and answer this as if it were a serious question.

1: Both the cat and the dog are animals.
2: A synoynm for animal is 'beast'
3: As both are beasts then yes, FOR THEM, sex with animals is normal.
4: Beastiality, however, specifically refers to sex between a HUMAN-BEING and an animal.
5: But you KNEW that didn't you, AnnoyedSnorlax?

I did not realise that humans were not members of the animal kingdom. Thank you for your liberal science to help show me the light. My school books must have been writen by evil conservatives because they implied that humans were animals.

Obviously liberal science has answered the question. Since humans are not animals, then it would be unnatural for a human to have sex with an animal. It must have been in that chapter we skipped in biology class.

You have, of course, confused science with Ethics & Law. Scientifically human-beings are animals, specifically we are Homo Sapiens sapiens, ie an upright-standing, bipedal primate of the family Hominidae.Biologically speaking, Beastiality is a nothing because it perpetuates neither species.
