Now that I've got my Dutch ABC's down :cheer:

, I'm moving on to the different sounds of of consonants, vowels, and combinations of in words. I just got to "ch". And here I was brought up taught that it was rude to sound like you were spitting up flem. :giggle:

I am making lettuce wraps, with taco stuff inside that I made up the recipe for today. YUM! So fresh tasting and low in carbohydrates, if anyone is watching their carbs.

Hamburger with taco seasoning (I make my own)
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Tomatoes
Green onion

Place on Romaine lettuce leaves and roll it up like a burrito. I use romaine instead of iceberg lettuce as it has more nutrients. I am also going to try layering baby spinach leaves on the romaine and see if that tastes good too?

It was ok, I need to tweak it a little more. I only had romaine hearts and needed the bigger outer leaves for it to work better. We ended up not using the spinach. Next time. I must say thought it tasted good, but I think I can make it better.
