Al-Araby had an article about the oil trade that finances ISIS: Raqqa's Rockefellers: How Islamic State oil flows to Israel
Most of it flows to Turkey though. Or at least through Turkey. Much like the oil from Iraqi Kurdistan has been flowing for over a decade.
