Default Re: S Africans 'armed to the hilt'

So now my curiousity is piqued.

Do the Kennesaw residents experience erractic home searches as spot checks to make sure they have their weapon intact and ready for use?

If not, are they cited, or are they required to be incarcerated for some period of time....heh, jailed for not having a weapon. Wouldn't that be rich?

I want to know how this is enforced and the consequences of being a scofflaw.

Y'know, if this works so damned well, maybe we oughta go back to packing iron all the time. Y'know, walk into the tavern, sit down and lay your iron on the table.

Hang it on the bedpost at night, put it on every morning after dressing.

Now wouldn't that be refreshing?

...I...don't...think...so.

Citizens that refused to arm themselves were taken out and shot. It kept compliance at 100%.
