Well I'm in training - who needs a gym?
We've just been to "get the wheat".
First drive th 1.5 miles to the farm that grows it - it's in a barn in a great heap.
Using a bucket that holds 5Kg as a scoop, fill 10 x 25Kg plastic sacks, tie them and load them into the back of the 4x4.
Then drive the 1.5 miles home again.
It took us 30 minutes from leaving home to getting back this evening - remarkable because Sandra has pulled a muscle in her back through slithering about on our sludgy field so I not only filled the sacks but I carried them to the 4x4 and loaded them into the back myself.
As I said - who needs a gym?
