Two things:

1) Yes, I know I'm unapologetically narcissistic, yeah yeah yeah, that's why you still won't marry me, I got it the first time. Sorry. But still, my avatar is so fucking cool.

2) After polishing off my last container of yogurt this morning, I have officially 0 food again. The grocery is closed (because it's Sunday) and will be closed again tomorrow (because it's May 1 - don't question it, just keep moving). So today I think I reached a new low, gourmet-wise. Please bear in mind, money is tight right now, I don't get paid until Tuesday.

I ate a ham sandwich.

Out of a vending machine.

Because it was all out of chicken sandwiches.

992,477 Watched I Walked With A Zombie again today. Such a fantastic movie. Wish there had been more of Sir Lancelot singing his Calypso songs though. After that, I cooked a late lunch, fried rice with steamed brocoli and sauted mushrooms and onions. Almost enough to bring me out of the depths today, but not quite.
