There aren't any uninteresting numbers. The proof goes like this: if some numbers were uninteresting, then we could look at the smallest one; let's say it was 426. But now 426 IS interesting as it was the smallest uninteresting number, so it drops out of the set of uninteresting numbers and we have to move up to the next one. Obviously we can continue this process indefinitely so there can be no smallest uninteresting number and therefore all numbers are interesting. Q.E.D.
