Hmm. From a Rwanda email address (but conveniently local return address) but a Chicago phone number.

Well Rwanda and Chicago are both members of the UN so must be legit.

And I *am* a victim, because I once got indigestion after eating in the UN cafeteria. The tourist one in the basement of NY HQ back in 1975.
It's about time I got justice!
