He had been updating his profile up to 2007, notice he updated the change in the title of his book. Funny he never changed the 'born in Kenya' part until he started running for President.

This is just awesome. Miriam has proven herself a liar by claiming it was her fact checking error in 1991 when she did not work for the agency until 1995.
Miriam Goderich and Jane Dystel have been partners since 1995 and they work closely as an agenting team to generate book ideas,

Could be, that company didn't even exist before 1994.
So the story I guess is Miriam worked for Acton & Dystel prior to partnering with Jane Dystel when Jane started Jane Dystel Literary Management.
