I'm making low-carb pizzas for me and bey. I'll use low-carb pita for the base. And there will be salad and booze.

KFC is going Double-Down nationwide April 12th! They even have a grilled version, low or no carb. I'm getting in line now.

Ribs and collard greens. Real high fat, but low carb.

I created my own tasty, filling turkey wrap for less than 200 calories! Not super DUPER low carb, but moderately so...

1 low-carb hi-fiber whole wheat tortilla (La Tortilla Factory) 50 calories
5 slices Foster Farms thin deli slices (70 calories)
1 Laughing Cow spreadable light swiss wedge, add a dash of garlic salt, pepper, herb blend and dab of dijon mustard (35 calories)
Sliced red onion , tomato and shredded iceberg to "fill it out" (20 cal)

Approximately 175 calories and YUM!!! The laughing cow spread mixture instead of a slice of cheese is super yummy and tangy.

I'll probably make some SteamFresh green beans - dressed with lemon juice, salt and pepper - in a while - I can eat the whole bag (4 servings) for 120 calories but 1/2 the bag usually fills me up and I'll save the rest for tomorrow.

I cup sliced strawberries for dessert and I'm still on track for the day if I can avoid the lure of dark chocolate while watching LOST! :)

I didn't want to start a new thread when there is a perfectly good one right here.

I need to shift 10lbs of covid weight... f.a.s.t.

Stupid Mor-man hasn't gained an ounce.

I'm thinking of going to Jenny Craig -any thoughts?

Drop most carbs for a week. Mor-man is okay with being a carbs-rage punching bag?

I lost about 6lbs since March, just by walking more. After my arm heals I need to go investigate dieting again.
