No music here, but this may well be the last time King Crimson ever exists a stage.
Music here. It's tough to beat the original studio version of this tune, which featured Beck with Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, Keith Moon and Nicky Hopkins, but Carmen Vandenberg, Rhonda Smith and Jonathan Joseph do it up right.

Older brother Rudolph has been playing rhythm guitar for Scorpions since the bank formed in 1965:
But younger brother Michael is my favorite. He debuted on stage at the ripe old age of 11, playing night clubs in Germany as a member of Scorpions, side by side with Rudolph. He joined UFO in 1973. I saw that band in 1977 or so, and Schenker stole the show.
Never saw the Michael Schenker Group live, and I'm kinda sorry about missing this particular iteration. Paul Raymond (keys, guitar) was a bandmate of Schenker in UFO. The bassist is Chris Glenn of The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. The drummer is the late, great Cozy Powell.
Anyhoo, this is a UFO crowd pleaser that MSG regularly played in concert. The geetar magic starts at about 3:15 and runs until about 7:20.

Since finding out a few days back that Ian McDonald died, I've watching retrospectives and interviews on the YooToobzs. During that process I was reminded of 21st Century Schizoid Band, a short-lived early 2000s band featuring former King Crimson members McDonald (sax, flute, keys, etc.), Mel Collins (sax, flute, keys, etc.), Peter Giles (bass, vocals) and Michael Giles later replaced by Ian Wallace (drums), along with future KC member Jakko Jakszyk (vocals, guitar), playing KC tunes.
