Okay, that's a right-wing meme. Let's examine it.
1. It doesn't make any statements as such, because it's graphic. Like duh—it's a meme, bro. But that doesn't mean it isn't full of shit.
2. "twitter is dying" is a pretty stupid thing to say at this time. It would be right and fitting to mock all those "legacy" or "mainstream" media sources for saying it if they were all really saying it. On the other hand, if the meme is just making them up ... well, that would say something about the right's vaunted special facility for crafting memes.
3. The twitter servers in the second frame seem to be overheating to the point of conflagration. I hope not, and I'm guessing the server heat is a metaphor for high user engagement.
4. High activity is a contra-indication for reduced activity, but "dying" isn't necessarily a matter of declining quantity of traffic. The quality of traffic might be declining even as the quantity engorges, in the same way that overgrown fields are not an indicator of a healthy farmer. Way back when I was a younger fellow, I saw an episode of Twilight Zone, or something of that nature on TV, where some dude wanted to be able to know what people were thinking. He got his wish, and he could hear everything that is going on in the minds of everyone around him. It closes with him holding his head, and falling to his knees, screaming, as all the babble overwhelmed him.
Every time I sign in to Twitter to see what's going on there, in a few minutes I get to feeling just like that guy, and have to leave.
