Re: Wtf is for dinner the diet version
day before yesterday, I made hamburgers, with eggs and onions and garlic and I had spinach as a side. It was excellent.
Last night, I made chicken salad, most of a rotisserie chicken cut up, mayo, cut up bread and butter(sugar free) spears, garlic pepper, salt, some dill relish and svut up aged white cheddar. It tastes awesome. I ate it with a side of hamburger leftover from the previous day

Re: Wtf is for dinner the diet version
I used to cook up some egg white, spinach and chicken breast with a little garlic. That would be a carb watcher friendly dinner.
Last night Malloch made a veggie stir fry with chicken over brown rice.

Re: Wtf is for dinner the diet version
hot and sour soup, with steamed muscles, and fried rice.
not necessarily diet food ..... but some people consider anything with tofu in it diet/health food. Although probably not in the quantities I just ate.
I don't really believe in diet food...just in eating healthy or not

lol I'm not on a diet!
I'm eating Chipotles and putting it in your thread to taunt you.
Not because I got the wrong thread or anything. No. Just being mean.

Phad Thai, home made.
I'm not sure what a chipolte is, * Qingdai googles furiously.
You're eating a pepper for dinner? That sounds pretty "diet" to me.

We did great. We had a couple kinds of wings (some lower in sugar for him, some lower in fat for me), meat and cheese plate, veggie plate, fruit plate, etc. We both ate within the parameters of our respective diets, and avoided all the pizza, chips, cookies, brownies, and other fucking garbage that we had out for the regular-eatin' people.

Re: Wtf is for dinner the diet version
My meatza crust was made from one pound of 80% lean ground beef mixed with one egg, mashed out into a pizza pan to about a centimeter thickness, baked in the oven at 450°F until dark brown. It shrinks about 20% during the baking. Once removed from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then put sauce, cheese, and other ingredients on top, and place in broiler for about 10 minutes to melt cheese and heat up other ingredients. Voila, low carb meat pizza, or meatza!
