I remember liking Wonderfalls a lot, too. I'm probably being too hard on it because it was quirky and edgy, and 2004 quirky and edgy winds up looking pretty awkward now.

I have not seen Wellington Paranormal, and this is a personal failure on my part. I'm also far behind on What We Do in the Shadows.

While 100% non-obscure, I don't know where else to poast about Them, on Amazon Prime. The Family Puppet had been steadily watching it (one season thus far), until getting to the halfway point last night.

No spoilers, just that Episode 5 is the only one so far with a content warning at the beginning, and if anything, it's not strident enough. One scene is probably the most disturbing thing I've seen on TV ever, and I've seen a lot of shit. The Li'l Puppet declared she couldn't, wouldn't, watch the show anymore.

Mrs. Puppet and I will probably finish it, but I'm frankly in no hurry. Switching back to Star Trek: Picard for now.

Will see what can be done...
We got SkyShowtime here now and Yellowjackets is on that. I have subscribed and JoeP and I have started our adventure. 3 episodes in at this point. Not yet doing the spoilers posted earlier in the thread.

Has anyone checked out Night Sky on Amazon? I enjoyed it a lot. Some very good performances from Sissy Spacek and J. K. Simmons.

We watched it as well.

I really liked it, super slow moving but really good.

I’m watching Stallone in Tulsa King on Prime.

Just finished the first episode.

It’s pretty much what you expect, it gets to Tulsa really quickly which is nice.

Stallone does pretty good work as an old mob guy.

I love Wellington Paranormal. I heard about it when it was out in New Zealand but not yet available here.

Helpful pirates gave me just a torrent (though barely seeds and slow) of WP for the first season or two. Then I realized that with a vpn, you just have to choose New Zealand as your location and you can watch their “cable” for free.

When HBO started dropping Wellington Paranormals, I made a point to watch them again so HBO would get metrics.

It’s so fucking funny.

Also for anyone who hasn’t watched What we do in the shadows (movie or show), it’s also really good.

I had to sign up for a trial of AMC+ to start rewatching Halt and Catch Fire. I love this show so much.

I watched the first season and remember liking it.

Also, since you have an AMC + trial, you should watch

It’s really good sci-fi.
