We were indeed exceeding our allotted storage capacity so I deleted a bunch of superfluous files on the server (after taking a full backup) to bring us back under the limit. Hopefully that will fix the issue but let me know!

OK I looked at the gallery. There appear to be pages in it. With images. So in at least some sense there is some gallerying taking place.
What seems to be the problem? Could you post a screenshot of your issue to the Gallery?

For starters, I can't see a damned thing. And back when I did, all of the thumbnails were of one single picture.

Well that is truly outrageous. Somebody definitely ought to do something about that.
And that somebody ... is gonna have to be vm.
And I'll wager a shiny turnip that he'll say the gallery plugin isn't supported any more on this old version of vbulletin ...
