Doomsday preppin

No matter who is elected to run our country from here on out, we’re fucked. So my newest passion is to doomsday prep. We have a rustic cabin where we can hole out. As I’m looking through the doomsday preppers lists on the inter web I’ve noticed that a lot of the stuff is just common sense items to stock up on in case of emergency. How ready are you all for America to fall? I realize I have a lot of work to do.

Unless you are already stocked up, and in your little hidey hole when the shit hits it, you will just be more fodder for the mob.

you can't actually be ready for it, modern civilizations don't work that way. if the civilization falls, most of us will die and there is nothing you can do about it. possibly instead of futile efforts to "plan" for the unplannable, you should try to figure out why you tried to make it happen, and maybe see if you can do something to oppose that trend in the future?

In any event, doomsday prepping is really emergency preparedness. That is what I have discovered in starting to do it.

Please replace “you” with “we” Mr. Diplomacy and stop acting like only certain people are at fault for the inevitable demise of our comfortable but unseen peril that our first world provides . Ill say I told you so right now and then you can remember it .. oh I’m guessing.. about 30 years from now.
