Re: Winnie the Flu
I came across this graph by our Finnish health authorities that made it clear even for me, a non-graph airhead:
Considering our vaccination level in those age groups overall is about 82% fully vaccinated it seems the bars should be inversed if the vaccination did not offer substantial protection from serious illness.

Thanks, from:

I thought this quote really illustrates the vax divide.

"Who won the election?" might refine it further. Lots of right wingers who haven't gone full conspiracy nutjob.

I imagine if it could care, it would be happy that they think the pandemic is over. .

Re: Winnie the Flu
We probably should have a separate thread ( maybe in the philosophy forum? ) where we can discuss theories explaining WHY it's mostly right-wingers that are anti-vax - and why extreme right-wingers are often extreme anti-vaxers. The same goes (I think) for not wearing masks, continuing to want social gatherings, not restricting international travel - it seems to me that all methods of combatting the spread of the virus are attacked and ridiculed by right wingers.

...yea, all those right-wingers protesting covid mandates all across the western world...
You have been fooled to think this is about politics, that is why you can not look at it either rationally, nor scientifically.
Trump was the one pushing the vaccines!!!! Fucking lmao @ you guys.

Well, I also have him [she? it? they?] on ignore like everyone else, but I decided to raise my stress levels today and take a peek, because I was cold and needed some steam to be produced inside my head.

Wow Jerome, now it turns out the graph is from the Finnish government health authority - you sure must feel stupid now Jerome, for dismissing something simply because it doesn't fit your conspiracy theory!

Remember now that the heart attacks in the vaccinated are caused by the unvaccinated.

Nothing says trust the science like the FDA demanding from the Court to have 75 years to release the scientific data on the vaccines.

That appears to be a brief which the FDA says it plans to have released more than 12,000 pages of data by the end of January.

Thousands facing heart problems due to ‘post-pandemic stress disorder’ | Evening Standard
Up to 300,000 people facing heart-related illnesses due to post-pandemic stress disorder, warn physicians
Quote:
Mark Rayner, a former senior NHS psychological therapist and founder of EASE Wellbeing CIC, said that as many as three million people in Britain are already suffering from PPSD, thanks to stress and anxiety caused by the effects of Covid-19.

Told you so.

If there is anyone who really knows immunology, epidemiology, and virology it’s former therapists.
