No, the federal government rolled out a thing based on cell phones and I’ve had it on my phone since early on based on the advice of a university IT security director that it’s fine, but the province has refused its use while most others accepted it.
No contact tracing at all despite a system in place for over a year. And I am butthurt about that.
Also butthurt about the 3-4 month wait between doses.

Eh, we have a contact tracing app that almost everyone has, but it could work better if a) people with a positive diagnosis got the code needed to report illness on the app sooner (now apparently typically 10-20 days after the positive test), and b) they hadn't had to bow to the privacy freaks out there and the app/system retained memory of who had met whom for more than 14 days.
Getting vaccinated comes with a lotto ticket in Ohio.

We got our second round of pfizer this afternoon. a few hours later, I was sneezing and sniffling and like "fuck, now I have the covid" why didn't I listen to peacegirl?

Had my Pfizer vaccine this week! Very sore arm but no other symptoms. My wife had a rough night's sleep but is likewise fine.
