If you took the greatest filmmakers in history and gave them all the task of purposefully creating a film as spectacularly horrible as this not one of them, with all their knowledge and skill, could make anything that could even be considered as a contender. Not one line or scene would rival any moment in The Room.

Not exactly a Fresh on the Tomatometer, I would say.

Had to add that I was reading a hilarious gutting of the Cunt David "I'm Not a Nazi Like Those Jews Say" Irving's attempts to give " tours" of Nazi sites--too late for the $250 discount --in which the poster linked to a YouTube of the infamous "Springtime for Hitler" from The Producers. There is the comment:

Re: Seen any crappy movies?
Since Halloween is coming, I'm filling my Netflix queue with bad horror movies.
Saw "Sleepaway Camp" last night. A thoroughly mediocre, somewhat boring slasher film with a "surprise" ending. I'll save you all the trouble of watching it, because this is the best image from the movie:

My best friend in High School was part of the film crew for two of the sequels. They featured Bruce Springsteen's sister.
I've never seen them, nor do I want to.

Re: Seen any crappy movies?
Just watched "Teenage Catgirls in heat." An early 90s film by Troma Entertainment.
Rated by others as one of Troma's best work, I think I can skip the rest of their catalog. The crazy cat chaser is easily the best part, and all those watching agreed it needed more boobs and less attempts to convince us it's night by putting a blue filter over the lens at high noon.

Re: Seen any crappy movies?
My friend is visiting this weekend so as usual, she's perusing On Demand for the silly horror flicks she likes*.
Therefore I bring you: Zombie Strippers. It's actually more black comedy than horror film, [s]natch. I fear the next flick she makes me sit through won't be as much fun.
*She complains that most horror movies have way too many jiggling tits and ass in them. Well, duh! Who else likes these flicks? Prepubescent boys and dirty old men, that's who.**
**This opinion is solely mine and no offense was meant to regular men who prefer their porn sans blood and gore.

Re: Seen any crappy movies?
I've been reveling in TCM's Hammer Fridays this month. Yesterday was The Devil Rides Out, which they inexplicably called The Devil's Bride. I'd actually never seen it before, but the blue screen effects were ludicrous.

Re: Seen any crappy movies?
Note to movie producers, when we like something that means we want more of it, such as more movies in that genre, or sequels, it doesn't mean we want to see it again just with different actors and CGI (or 3D fuck you very much Lucas).
There needs to be a movie law, 'You can't remake a movie until the lead actor has died.' On that note there is no way they are going to replace The Crow. Part of it's goth popularity is it's a dark revenge goth movie where the actor actually died. I don't see how they will top that unless they are planning on dropping a crane on their production crew.

I don't know if it was mentioned already, but Alexander the Great was completely unwatchable.
