At this rate y'all are never going to get around to dog eyes, juicy cunts, warmed-over 1950s rape apologetics, perfectly cooked spaghetti and meatballs, or eternal life through pronoun usage. :D

I know, right? I’m trying to decide whether to entice her in that direction, but at this point I actually feel kinda sorry for her, so I don’t know. I think it would pick up participation and lulz, though,

Is that Trick Slattery guy still out there? Surely he could straighten out that mess over at IIDB.

That guy DBT over there was been quoting Trick’s dumbass bullshit. :yup: Peacegirl, meanwhile, is completely off the rails and everyone is ignoring the thread. I wonder if I should finally introduce the fun bits in the book?

Hoo boy. Has she mentioned how 98% of homo-sexual intercourse comes into existence only because boys and girls are denied the opportunity to indulge with the opposite sex and fall in love?

I checked the thread, and it seems like it's mostly you at this point, maybe it's time to bail out. Nothing's going to change at this point.

Yeah, I know, I’m just trolling for lulz, between long stretches of work.

But it seems peacegirl has got herself in a bit of a pickle. She once again has been defending the daft claim that if God turned on the sun at noon, we on earth would see it instantly. Then she posted an excerpt of the passage from Lessans’ book.

Except — inadvertently? — she posted the passage fron the authentic text — of which, as we all know, ChuckF is the true steward. And of course it states just the opposite: that if God turned on the sun at noon, we would have to wait eight minutes to see it.

So I just posted side by side the two versions of the text that directly contradict each other. :yup:

I eventually decided that I didn’t like how it felt debating peacegirl just for the lulz, and I think you came to a similar conclusion. That’s why I made that suggestion. Not judging, just pointing it out.

Yeah, I know, I started feeling guilty beating up on such an easy target. But to make up for that, I really wanted to help her, at iidb, formulate a clear statement of her argument, with premises and a conclusion. She completely rejected my advice and made all her usual awful mistakes. So it goes.

Oh man, misty water-colored memories! I only read a few of the more recent pages, but if it hasn't happened yet, IIBD will sooner or later be treated to pontification about how the speed of light might need to be recalculated to accommodate the views of a long-deceased aluminum siding salesman from Maryland. (She went back and forth on that multiple times here, if memory serves.)

Anything about dog eyes yet? The dog eyes stuff will never fail to make me .

Grand and glorious stuff! No matter what else changes in this crazy ol' world, peacegirl will never, ever learn a lesson. That sort of consistency is tough to come by. And that story about peacegirl sitting next to her poverty industry dirtbag ex and his Ukrainian mail-order bride at her birthday party was objectively hilarious!

I'm going to regret this, but...
Page? I don't want to skim 10s of pages of drivel to find it.

What was your first clue?

Oh right.

In light of Jimmy Carter's recent passing, here again is ol' Seymour's foray into the arena of federal civil litigation:

Quote:
Then on August 13, 1979 a lawsuit, number 792103 was filed in Washington, D.C. at the United States District Court against President Carter by me. As I look back on my complaint it was equivalent to suing a psychiatrist for not allowing me to show him that his profession is coming to an end because he really doesn’t know what he is doing. Word for word, the complaint goes as follows:

The United States Government:

Because Jimmy Carter refused to grant an audience for the purpose of demonstrating how a scientific discovery can now unite all nations in a harmonious agreement that will break the vicious cycle of inflation and solve to everybody’s satisfaction the problems that are costing the people billions of dollars in rising prices and excessive taxes, and because this refusal violates my rights and his oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States which obviously includes doing everything in his power to solve these problems even to the extent of allowing someone outside the political arena to show him the answer, I, Seymour Lessans, representing the taxpayers who want to see a permanent solution, am taking Jimmy Carter to court as the only alternative to prove before 12 top ranking scientists, not political scientists, that his failure to faithfully execute his oath of office by investigating this discovery is a crime of the greatest magnitude and reason enough for the people who hired him and pay his salary to remove him from office. However, such removal is wholly unnecessary in view of the fact that no political party has the knowledge to cope with these complex problems. Therefore, if Mr. Carter will allow a demonstration in his office within 60 days from the date of this complaint, there will be no need to go to court and he will be completely amazed and pleased with the solution even though it renders obsolete the age of politics, an age of opinions and promises by politicians who are voted into office only because we didn’t know what else to do.

Can you imagine Jimmy Carter’s reaction when he was notified of this lawsuit? After that our political leaders had two choices; to believe that I was a genius or a crackpot. Did I really give them a choice?
The Lessans Family: Wasting public funds for over four decades!
