New posts not reflected on forum index pages

Earlier today, a post I made on the Countdown thread wasn't reflected on the main forum page or the subforum either. Control refresh didn't fix the problem, though a test post on the same thread did show up normally. The problem has recurred with my latest post on the Two Minutes Hate thread. Looking at the thread itself, the post is there. On the Atrium page and the main forum page, it isn't showing up.

Yes, I cleared my cookies.

Also, I've been getting occasional lags and server error pages for a while. Then just now there is this:

I got that error just now too. I'm cleverly deducing that your posts not showing up on the index is related to whatever is going on with the server.

There's a new post in the Two Minutes Hate thread by irukandji that appears in the index but I can't see it when i click on the thread.

ETA: Now that there is a new post after that one, I can see it and the new post by Qingdai.
