This is unclear, but the original Enquirer article appears to be true? It apparently used negative euphemisms to describe the Nunes family's actions, but they are not factually incorrect. If one tells the truth "with malice," that's potential a SLAPP suit?

I guess the dismissal with prejudice would indicate that it's not really how the law works.

I do feel this one of the bunch strikes me as sincerely aghast at what's become of us. He says he's not planning to go back to the GOP. As someone said upstream, there must be some redeeming quality if they can at least manage to be horrified.

I've only seen him in a handful of interviews, but he has always come across as pretty straightforward and honest to me.
