Dragon Quest was a fantastic and darn near perfect episode. Time and again, whenever Spike is the center or near the center he proves that he is the best pony. Okay, greedy-evergrowing Spike was a one off, but every other time he's the best friend any of them have.

I think that the in-jokes in this one are a bit to in-jokey for me, I kinda get the target they are aiming at with Molestia/Luna, but don't know it well enough to if they scored a hit.

Yay! I managed to get all of this year's ponies without having to actually eat any McDonald's foods or getting unwanted doubles!
The thing about unwanted doubles isn't entirely true. The girls wanted Happy Meals last night, but we already had all the ponies, so I didn't see the point of going. Still, they are the boss of me.
So we went and got Happy Meals and I figured we'd get doubles. I hear from the backseat that we got two more Twi's. That's fine, I mean, we already know she can travel through time.
Little did I know she actually did travel through time. The little one starts talking about "Stars, stars, stars" and I peer through the rear view mirror to see her holding a base that I'd never seen before!
Turns out, Twilight traveled from last year's Happy Meal promotion just to be with my family!

I waited for 20 minutes for the slow idiot to get me my toy. First she forgot about me, then she brought me a transformer or whatever. So I waited some more for her to come back so I could say, "no, I asked for my little pony" and she goes "oh, is it for a girl?" to which I wanted to say "THAT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER I SAID MY LITTLE PONY" but instead I just said "Yeeeeessss" all impatient-like. Finally she brought me fucking Spike, which, I'm sorry Spike, but no. I threw it in the trash all dramatically and loud on my way out. Then I was late for work.
The end.
Epilogue: why don't you have Spike? I'd have one for you if I hadn't thrown it in the trash.
