I know but he was the most awesomely eccentric character...super genius!
He wasn't owned...he did the owning beyond the grave with his backup (Near and Mello). They could not have nailed Light without his information and saccrifice. You think he didn't know he was going to die? He knew.
It's the stylization aspect of it for me...not to mention how deep the animators discuss the reasonong behind the details of their characters. Plus their intent is never to make things look 'real'...but instead an ideal of how we might want to envision ourselves and others, imo.
Also, if we ever have a lull between games or someone's up for some quick fun, I could always run another Assassin In The Palace. It's a speed game that hardly even qualifies as mafia, and would probably be over in a week at most if all 9 players are active enough.

The order maybe could do with some shuffling and I'm not sure if the Death Note mafia is on, but here is a rough queue. Let me know what should change, if anything.
I am developing UnMafia which is a basically themeless theme game like smiley mafia. I am looking to find someone to advise me when it comes to the balance because my previous games were lacking a bit in the balance department. I think I have a good start on it though.

Death Note appears to be definitely on. Nightson has some cool ideas. Because of the nature of the show I specculate a comination of both conventional and unconventional roles. He did not wish to elaborate on anything just in case I decide to play which is highly possible. I don't know details regarding roles but considering the theme it should be crazy as hell....in a good way.
So it is Nightson and not you? I believe that should knock it down the list a few notches since he is running one now.
Indeed, I'm perfectly willing to move to the bottom of the current list.
