Admin question: "Cloaca only"
Dear admins and other vBulletin® Version 3.8.2 experts,
In the User Manager interface, there is a usergroup "Cloaca only" that the member can be added to. What does this do?
Is it some kind of medical instruction, like "Nil by mouth"?
Or does it - as I suspect - stop the given member from posting anywhere but the Cloaca? And if so are there any general rules about when we would choose to apply this setting?
I have no particular reason for asking this.

A test suggests the setting doesn't actually do anything. A user with this setting can still create new threads and post to existing threads outside the Cloaca.

"Cloaca only" is really more of a way of life than a vBulletin function.
