Re: What's up with you?
When I asked ChatGPT to pretend to be Carl Jung and give me some self-help advice, it suggested writing in a journal any time I have a strong negative emotional reaction to something, especially people, and analyze why I think I experienced that. What inner beliefs, motivations, and personality traits might cause me to feel that way?
I've naturally done this to a degree, but that's been the focus in my journal for the past 10 days or so. I've found it quite helpful.
I started taking buspirone for anxiety again. I had a good experience with it in the past. The most effective med I've tried was a traditional anti-depressant. I stopped taking it because it made me feel not-human. It completely eliminated my anxiety, but it also removed all of my other emotions. I'd rather feel something negative rather than nothing at all. No thanks.
