Looking for Bush Quote

My Google skills are not up to par.

I'm trying to find a transcript of one of the speeches Bush gave on his recent trip to the Middle East. I saw a clip of the particular part I'm looking for, but I'm not sure where...it would have been either something on CNN at the gym or on The A Daily Show, but it was definitely this week. The bit I'm interested in goes something like (paraphrasing from memory):

"The key to peace is democracy because they way you keep power in a democracy is not to promise more wars. The people in a democracy just won't vote for you if that's what you do. <smirk, hunch, lean>"

It may be that the unprecedented irony level created some sort of rip in the time-space continuum and removed the speech from history but, if it still exists, I'd like to find a transcript.

But, of course, Bush is, most emphatically, not "most people".

Nah...I don't think that everything he's said in the last twenty years is going to be a very helpful delimiter for a search.
