We value the relationship, and if FF is willing to address the underlying issues, it might work out. I will be as supportive as I can, of course.

You see? This is part of the problem we face- FF is just not willing to accept that FF cannot handle the problems by FF's self. Any attempts as resolution are stymied by such attitudes.

I don't know what to say. I somehow feel that I and the others may have been enablers in all of this. Perhaps if we had said something to FF, earlier I mean, before the pattern became so entrenched.
