Default NASA Antares rocket launch failure 10/28/2014

Oops! It was on a mission to resupply the ISS. No injuries to any people known at present.

http://youtu.be/Uh5oYmTURhc

It goes wrong after clearing the tower, then falls back and explodes. You can scroll to about 3 minutes (about 3/4 of the way through the video) if you just want to watch the failure.

Oh no. A bit like something from Kerbal Space Program. I'm glad nobody was injured. What an expensive thing to explode...

This makes me think of,
(note shows a few rocket failures that do result in a loss of life, such as challenger).
