Someplace (I think) Los Angeles was playing country music on streetcorners in known drug dealer neighborhoods. Apparently the dealers - rap and hip-hop fans - were known to spontaneously combust at the sound of Conway Twitty.

INACCURATE THREAD TITLE! INACCURATE THREAD TITLE!

The title seems to imply Barry Manilow was actually going to go out on streetcorners and chase the superfluous young people off yelling, "You hooligans! Scofflaws! You inconsiderate ne'er do wells! Shoo! Stop bothering the nice people!"

But that's not happening, and I am, frankly, crestfallen.
