Michael Moore being sued by troop in Fahrenheit 9/11.

The Moore Controversy continues.

Upshot is that the soldier is sueing for $85million (How he got the figure, I don't know) on the grounds that Moore used his comments describing his injury in context of voicing complaints about the war effort.

"What happened?"
"Our base was attacked by a giant socialist weasel..."
