I saw a picture of a kitten yesterday and didn't even feel anything.

Thanks, I will, mostly by trying to stay occupied.
Heh, thanks.

I was listening to the soundtrack the other day.

It is usually worse for me in the Summer though usually work helps keep me busy. This year there is nothing to do but kill time. Also, my birthday is this month, and that has always been depressing, not due to the aging thing but rather from too many birthdays spent alone as a child.

Thanks. I don't think this is anything major. In the past my worst times have always been triggered by at least one major problem in my life. That is pretty much absent this time. Nothing is wrong in my life right now, though of course that doesn't mean that everything is great.

Sound words. Keep posting.
Even though we have opposite seasons I've found the same thing over the past couple of weeks. I think low-level viral infections and consequent unending tiredness and headaches may be a part of it for me.

It's Winter for you, isn't it?
Being sick can definitely bring one down.

Sleep would be nice. I couldn't sleep last night. My mind just refused to slow down. It wasn't stuck on personal problems or anything deep, just kept building castles in the air when it should have been lurking quietly in the ruins.
I bought some OTC sleep meds today. They've helped in the past.

I'm too tired tonight to be snarky. Maybe tomorrow.

Today has been pretty ugh, after not sleeping well last night.
The weather isn't helping either. It isn't hot, so far as most people would consider it, but too much for me. I think Boone may have hit eighty today and the humidity is much too high.
The major symptoms have been, not having an appetite, personal inertia making it hard to do anything and an even more extreme than usual predispostion to being sad. Something might cheer me up briefly, but then it's back downhill again. Maybe when the weather changes and my birthday is past, things will return to something closer to normal.
