What the hell can be done? Where the fuck are the leaders? Why aren't they leading? I'm utterly stunned. Jesus.

The Red Cross was there. The National Guard was there. Catholic Charities was there the first day, then didn't show up yesterday and they were in charge of the donated supplies closet. So when a lady asked for a pillow we couldn't get her one.

And no, nobody was leading. There were two epople I were told were the "shelter managers" and they wouldn't speak to us.
