Default Presedential Debate, Round II: This time, it's personal!!

Thought I'd create the debate thread...although I won't be around to comment during the debate (my HDTV is both my monitor and my TV, so I'd have to flip back and forth and miss some of the debate).

But don't worry, I have a large mug of coke and Jim Beam right here. :D

Man.

I have to say, I grudgingly respect people who have the patience to watch this crap.

The dumb fuck was asked how we would improve foreign relations, he did not answer the question.
At least Kerry is.

Well, he seems a bit subdued and less confident than he was a few minutes ago.

Oh, take that back..... he's picking up steam.

God, I wish I had been able to watch the Gore vs. Bush debates. I never would have voted for this moron.

I am recording it, but have been unable to turn it on for more than 10-15 seconds at a time.

I have no idea what they are talking about. I have requests from family members for the debate's on DVD, so I guess I have to fix it up, which means I will have to watch some of it.

Just off the top of my head, isn't the "War on Terror" basically a World War? I just can't imagine that killing people will solve terrorism, I mean, hasn't that been tried? Over and over and over and over and over? Does it seem like a new idea, going and killing people before they might kill you? This was never tried before, it is a new approach?

Diplomacy doesn't work obviously, so lets go back to what didn't work the first time. At least it makes us feel better, you know, them dying and all, just in case.

Won't fighting terror be a continous war? Never ending and eventually we will have to stop because their won't be any more money to go to the military, or we will just all be so poor that it will just be a way of life. Sounds like Iraq.

Sorry for the constant questions Liv, I know you don't like them...?

:D

OMG, I can't believe that man is actually taken seriously by so many of my fellow Americans.

Edit: I don't mean you, Beth. I mean some of the people I know IRL. Now.

Remember: he didn't win the popular vote, and even if he had, nobody had any idea he'd turn out to be such a shitpile. 9-11 changed everything.

It's a new year, Beth. In less than a month you can say bye bye to that custom title forever.

More than makes up for it, thank you. Now if you could just ball-gag Bush for me, it'd be the best birthday present ever.

It's a cheap laugh, I know, but I loved it a moment ago when Bush said that if Kerry had been in charge of the situation Saddam Hussein would be in power and the world would be a lot better off. :)
