If I don't sleep well one night, then I am extra tired the next night and go to sleep easily. So the problem is self-correcting.

When I don't feel sleepy, then I don't waste time trying to sleep - I read a book, listen to the radio, get up and use the computer or build a model airplane or something. :yup:

It was extremely stupid. The numbnut who first worked on my sprinklers spliced together a non-compression coupling on a pressure-bearing soaker pipe with electrical tape. Fucking. Electrical. Tape. I tried to patch it again with tape (wtf, it worked for 2 years the first time), but it wouldn't hold. So I was trying to cut the old tape off to install the compression coupling, and not taking elementary physics to heart while positioning my hands.

It stopped hurting, but then started swelling a bit. I'll live.
