It really is a surprise that Canada continues to exist as a separate entity from the US.

So, there was one of those vapid morning network "news" shows on the TV this morning, and they had a screenshot that read estimated US population, 299,999,999 and an announcer saying something like, "its estimate any minute now the 300 millionth US citizen will be born." Then the counter clicked over to 300,000,000 and I heard cheers and horns. It was surreal.

189,241,798 + 1,764,664 = 191,006,462

220,583 per month, divided by 31 days in March, comes to....let's see....7116 per day times 3 days equals....21,346.
