Default Hopefully She'll Make It
Just when I think I've got problems, I find out today that one of my best friends has been in the hospital for the last week with serious heart trouble (she has a transplant). She seems to be in stable condition now, and that's pretty much all I know. :(

Good news everyone, I just got back from seeing her in the hospital, and she's doing extremely well. Likely will go home this Friday. She's almost as perky physically and mentally as I've ever seen her.

What was wrong with her, they think, is she was having rejection problems with the heart. She's had it since she was twelve, and is nineteen now. They have her on new medication to fight organ rejection, and that seems to be working well, since the problem is going away.
