No, really, the train driver pissed off train. No really, off the train. Like completely off the train. At 70 mph.
Using both hands to hold the penis, probably due to blowback, was a mistake, a fatal one at that. The train came to a halt after the deadman switch was activated, the train driver's body was found trackside with his pants fly open. Railroad officials said a solo train driver urinating out the open door of a moving train wasn't unusual, but it's usually done when the train is moving slowly.
Have you ever taken a leak out of a rapidly moving vehicle? I have. It's a lot like tugging on Superman's cape or pulling the mask on the old Lone Ranger.

A deadman switch is a reset switch that a train driver (engineer?) must push periodically or the train will automatically come to a stop. That's the reason the train stopped, but I'm pretty sure it's not the reason our hero died. Most likely he didn't hold on good and fell out of the open door.

Yeah...I only know of that because of a PBS program on "great train lines of the world", where they were showing "the Long Straight" from Adelaide to Perth, over a thousand miles of perfectly straight track. The engineers, of course had figured out how to override the 'deadman switch' with a brick.
BTW, if you are ever tempted to piss on an electric fence, don't. 'Nuff said.

I had a friend who almost drowned one night while attempting to piss at the edge of a parking lot. He stepped about a foot inside the woods and fell almost straight down a steep embankment into a swamp. It was January too, so once he fell in the cold water he stiffened up and then kept falling back in because the bank was so steep and, as per, he was pretty drunk.
A colleague of mine does field research in the Amazon Basin. He told me that he was once crossing a stream on a low boardwalk when he decided he really had to relieve himself. Since he was alone, he unzipped and relieved himself into the water. Just as he was finishing up, a very large electric eel (Electrophorus electricus) swam directly beneath him.
He told me he was very happy that he hadn't startled the fish, since an electric eel can deliver a jolt that will stun a horse or kill a human -- and urine, with all its electrolytes, is an excellent conductor of electricity.
Cheers,
Michael

Since urine doesn't really come out in a stream, it's a series of roughly spherical globules the same as water from a faucet, I thought this might be an urban (or rural) legend, then I found out you don't actually have to make contact with the electric fence for the current to flow, given the high voltage it'll jump a 1/4" gap with ease.

He should be glad he didn't relieve himself while immersed in the water, a candiru fish might have swum up his urethra, which happens to be my second worst fear.

Are you taking the ? Water only comes out of taps in separate drops when the flow is very slow. (The drops are indeed roughly spherical, I'll give you that.) Turn it on a bit more and you'll see a continuous stream - smooth laminar flow. Turn it faster and you'll get turbulent flow but I am sure it's still connected.
The real question is why can't I find an article on the net that answers this. Paging TLR...
In this post, tap (UK) = faucet (US) and taking the piss (UK) = teasing
Seoul train drivers get toilets after a driver with diarrhea fell out of a train cab when he leaned out to defecate, then was run over by another train.

I'll come back when I've achieved some semblance of composure and stopped giggling hysterically.
Seoul Train: Like Soul Train, but even funkier. And not in a good way.
