 again. Well, I made it though shopping alive (as did everyone else  ). I got going just early enough it seems. 
With it being tax free weekend and all, places like Circuit City were already jam packed. Scary stuff kids. 
It started off weirdly cold this morning.. only in the 40's. It's made it up into the 80's though and it'll be in the 90's again tomorrow.

955  446 Hey counters. I just got back from a visit to the city where one of my sisters lives. They have a theater  festival there every year and we always go there. Weather was good.  We went to a musical theater  thingie which was sorta interactive. It was about the last days in Hitler's bunker  . The actors/singers  moved in the same spaces as the audience so you had to step out of the way sometimes. On the other hand they did hand out chocolates  and champagne.

I'll be shopping for a new frig today. The relatively inexpensive refrigerator that I bought approximately twelve years ago is finally konking out. 
It looks like I'll be taking advantage of Massachusetts' tax free weekend on more than a multi-pack of toilet paper after all.
The hordes of people ought to be horrifiying though. 
I was just asked yesterday what I wanted for my birthday coming up this month and I really had no idea. 
I've now decided on the optional crisper controls for the new frig.

Quiet morning here, 'cept for some sort of government helicopter exercise going on overhead. Trying to decide whether to go play Tiatn Quest or go to the YMCA. Probly what I SHOULD be doing is going down to the rental property and continue the work that needs to get done there...  But all those helicopters....maybe I should just stay in today.
Have fun with that "shopping on a tax free weekend" Shell. 
Crispers good idea. Makes lettuce green and happy instead of brown and crappy.
